New panels every month
Each month our 20-member R&D team releases 6 new front panels for our middle tower PC cases. We have our own molding equipment, and can present front panel samples within 30 days; new chassis structure can be ready in three months.
We also have an eye on end users' health. Our designs considered all safeties for people and surroundings. Our cases are equipped with negative ion generators that control the ion content of our products. We have taken use of 38 degree CPU Air Guide, and will soon roll out 10 x 8cm LCD temperature meters at the middle of 2005.
To strengthen our design ability, we had increased our R&D spending to three percent of our annual sales.
150,000 cases monthly capacity
We have two factories covering 20,000 square meters, with 450 staff operating automatic painting production lines, automatic oil-spraying lines, PC case assembly lines and front panel assembly lines. Our monthly capacity is 150,000 PC cases, half of which is geared for export.
Twenty-five experienced staff oversee quality control in our production. We use hardware materials and electrolysis boards from South Korea and the Taiwan area, and source the remaining components from trusted mainland partners.
